Here is another model built by Denis Doucet. He started out with Jacobs Models A/AT 9500 Day cab resin kit# A113, and omited the roof fairing, and added a scratch built visor. He used a Promotex Ford chassis, the only one available with air suspension, Dennis Aust wheels
and the tires are from Lonestar, the fuel tanks are re-worked Dennis Aust parts, the oil cooler and reservoir for the concrete trailer
are sort of scratch built, the roof lights are made out of styrene, the tool box, the battery box so is the sun visor and the brackets for the rotary flashers as well.
modified the front bumper to achieve the prototype look , and clear acetate for windshield and windows, still to add windshields wipers
the look is great and I love it, note that a concrete truck does not have rotary flashers normally, but that truck can be utilize with some low-boys
so this is why it has flashers, the front grille was painted with Testors silver and black. Great looking setup with the concrete pumper! And as always Denis did a fantastic job! Thanks again for the photo's!
